You are not allowed to send that person messages.... you can write it but after the send button is pressed it disappears. You will not see it in your sent folder and they will not receive it. That happens with all of the features. HOWEVER, they can request to be your friend and you can accept them, but are still blocked. They will be on your friends list but you will still not be able to comment, or send messages. Hope that helps.

You won't know it until you try to see someone's page and it doesn't let you. MySpace doesn't send an email or anything telling you that you are blocked by the following person.
