I connect via a proxy. Here are the directions:

In your browser, go to Tools %26gt;%26gt; Internet Options %26gt;%26gt; Connections %26gt;%26gt; LAN Settings (the button at the bottom right-hand corner)

Then check the box that says "Use a Proxy Server for your LAN" and type in the address and port of a proxy server.

There are a lot of websites that have huge lists of proxy servers. It helps if you try out at least a few, since some do not work and some run faster than others.

Once you hit OK in the internet options window, you should be able to type in myspace.com and it will open. If it doesn't, your proxy doesn't work and you should try another.
