i need some good proxys..i kno a few but they are all blocked..i also kno about one that u have to go to "start - Run"..something wit a ping..but i dont know anything! please help!

Most proxies however get blocked pretty quickly because security crawls the web and blocks them.

You can't access it. Plus you are being monitored by Your employer's IT department. Everything you click and type on that PC is logged and they know exactly what you are doing every second. You will get busted if you persist on trying to access sites that are blocked. Even if you use a proxy, they KNOW you are. You WILL get in trouble.

Myspace is blocked for a very good reason. It is a bordello for pedofiles.

I know you don't want to hear this, but you shouldn't even try because that is against the acceptable use policy at your school. They have sites blocked for safety and security reasons. They own the computers and the internet connection so they get to say how they're used.

Trying to bypass their security is considered hacking and will get you banned from using any of their computers and probably even suspended or expelled.

They can see and track everything you do so you WILL get caught. Not being able to use the computers at all would suck way worse than just using them to view allowed sites - wouldn't it?

If your school is blocking myspace, they're probably using websense and have added myspace to their filter.

You can try a proxy, which will grab your myspace pages and pass it through their server. The proxy site, acts as proxy.

You will have to search for a proxy site that works, because it is truly a cat and mouse game. Meaning that as soon as you find a proxy website that does work, your school will probably add the site that works to thier list of sites to block.

You can try and use a proxy top site to find a site that works. They will usually update their list, saving you the time of having to search for a working proxy.

if i understand you're question correctly you are trying to access this account with a computer that is not yours to begin with, maybe the schools or the library or a friends computer. if this is true, they set these limits for a reason and you should not even try to circumvent them. don't get me wrong i have a myspace account, as well as many others, but if i didn't want anybody to access their own accounts from my computer and they tried to access theirs by bypassing my security protocols, i would be buying myself a new keyboard because the one that the person was using would be destroyed up-side the persons head.

Yeah, I work for a call center so we would try to get off our calls quick so that we would have time to be on Myspace and Facebook, until they noticed everyone on there. They blocked it. I'm a college student so no.

But when I was in high school a couple years ago they blocked it on all school computers in my city because a stupid grade 9 girl lied about her age, met some guy on myspace, ditched class to go hang out and she was beated up very badly and raped. It all came back on the school because she didn't have internet access at home and it happened during school hours. Huge mess.

It sort of sucked that her stupidity/skankness ruined it for the rest of us.

I think it should be banned though because it's a bit of a trouble maker since a lot of people talk crap on there and such. Plus a lot of students were late for class and ditched to stay on the computers.

No, the school has filters set up in their routers that disable certain types of websites based on categories. If you modify them, you will violate the terms of use and be punishable by the school's codes.

Maybe they didn't put a code on it. Maybe they just blocked it. If they did block it, just go to internet options in the control panel in the start menu. Then under "security" see if one of the blocked sites is myspace. Then all you have to do is say "remove"

You need to figure out your school's proxy server. My school did the same thing but they had a "backdoor" of sorts that you could go through unscathed. You need to figure out the proxy server and enter it into your browser's preferences.

maybe you can access it BUT please be warned that if the site is blocked then it has been decided to be that way for a reason, and with this in mind they DO random searches linked into each persons access code...............they can see what sites you have been on, what emails you have sent and TO whom etc etc. So it may well NOT be a good idea, wait till you get home and enjoy without the risk of detention / suspension / criminal charges [hacking is a crime I believe]

It used to be porn searches but MySpace and others are on the watch list now. Most systems also log the unauthorized attempt and create a file of the attempts.
