#1)Dont give me proxies (proxys) because they blocked those too

#2) cant download anything last time a kid downloaded limewire to schools computer he got expelled

Honestly, your best bet is a proxy.

If you can't find one that's whitelisted, make your own and host it on your computer at home. Also, if you know about networking you could look for a hole in your schools network. Last, you could do whats called a VNC connection to your home computer and use your unfiltered internet connection there to go to whatever website you want.

Besides a proxy, you get into more advanced methods of evading your school's filter. Google anything you don't understand or want to look further into.

Have you tried going to tools and then internet options and then clicking on the security tab! It might work, never tried it!
