if you have a usb drive, put a installed folder of firefox onto it, or the installer file and get it onto or run it off the drive, once that is done, you can look up for proxy lists, and in the option of firefox you can add the proxy and you should be able to get to any website if you can find a good one. i know its complicated but it works great.

Even if you bypass everything, you will be caught. It is easy for an administrator to see where people go and who specifically went there and when they did it.
