I run network security for my company. Certain web sites are blocked to keep people from using the computers for unauthorized activities. It used to be porn searches but MySpace and others are on the watch list now. Most systems also log the unauthorized attempt and create a file of the attempts. Once a month, I sort them by manager and culprit. Then I send the list off to the managers so they can see who is abusing the system and who is goofing off.
