If by "blocked" you mean private, that is not possible.

You can try creating a hoax profile that you know the person WILL add as a friend, but that's deceitful %26amp; not usually successful.

Yea make a fraud account with a pic and go request them as a friend... so many strangers request friends they wont think about it twice and accept u, then u can look at their profile...
