You can probably use something called a proxy. Yahoo/Google and you shall find.

Boot your PC in safe mode (F8 just before the XP logo comes up when you boot your machine) with network support, go on MySpace for a while then boot back in normally and no one will ever know.

Or go to Start -%26gt; Run and type msconfig go to startup and find the blocking software and untick it so that next time you boot up the machine the blocking software won't load.

If you know the name of the blocking software that would also be helpful.

i'd love to help, try searching for "proxy" in google and clicking in the first link, those are sites you can use to acess without showing your i.p and most likely bypasses blocking

Whatever you do, don't use a proxie. Remember when you log in and type your name or password wrong and it says "make sure the address bar says http://www.myspace.com/login..." If you use a proxie that's not what it says and now when you log in some one else has access to your myspace. All those "hacked" accounts aren't really hacked, it's from little kids using proxies to get around something their parents or school have tried to block.

There is one possible way and that is knowing the password for the block. When he blocked it he has blocked the whole of the website to do with myspace and you'll just have to live with it, sorry.
